Our Story
The Niles Foundation was established in 2012 when the amount of charitable work grew to the point there was a need to establish a foundation in order to continue expanding the generosity of the Niles companies.
Niles partnered with their employees to work hand-in-hand to serve the communities where they live and work.
The Foundation focuses it’s giving around creating healthy and safe spaces to unlock potential for the most vulnerable in our communities.

Board of Directors
Every member of our Board of Directors is a volunteer with the heart to help those in need and see people's potential unlocked through strategic giving.

Niles,
President
Ryan is the Founder and President of the Nile's Foundation. Ryan's dream is to unlock the potential in everyone who he meets. That dream translated into this organization and it's mission.
Phil
Bradley,
Treasurer
Phil serves as a board member and the Treasurer. Phil brings years of experience as a volunteer and supporter of various organizations and charities.
Brenda
Chandler
Brenda has been serving on the Foundation's Board for several years. She is devoted to seeing those around her achieve excellence.
Susan
Gilchrist
Susan was elected to the board this past year, and is very thoughtful on her input; making her a valuable member to the board.
Sarah
Tottingham,
Director
Sarah serves as the 5th member of the Board of Directors and also is the Foundation's Director. She is the go between for the Executive Team and Board.
The Executive Team
The Niles Foundation Executive Committee is the boots on the ground team that helps vet requests and drives the Niles Foundation's giving. They make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
